Ingredients
- 600 ml cream, sweet
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 200 g Nutella
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 100 g flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour, for the mold

- Mix the cream, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, then add the eggs and Nutella and stir for another 3 minutes. Mix nuts, flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix well with the Nutella cream.
- Place in a greased cake tin dusted with flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 50-60 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil towards the end of the baking time. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate couverture.
