Ingredients
Oatmeal – 1.5 Cups
Walnuts – 0.5 Cups
Almonds – 0.5 Cups
Quinoa – 0.5 Glasses
Dried Ginger – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Dried cherries – 0.5 cups
Dried currants – 0.5 cups
Flax seeds – 0.5 cups
Chia seeds – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Honey – 1/3 Cup
Almond extract – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 Pinch
Directions
Peel and cut all nuts into small pieces.
In one bowl, combine all dry ingredients except salt and dried fruit. In another bowl, combine olive oil, honey, and almond extract. Mix the contents of both bowls.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put the resulting mass and smooth into a single layer, sprinkle with salt.
Bake in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 2 hours, stirring regularly every 15 minutes. Add dried fruit 10 minutes before cooking and stir one last time.
Break the formation into pieces and store in a jar or container with a lid.
