Oat Granola

Granola needs and can be made on your own, there is nothing complicated about it. Take oatmeal, any dried fruits, nuts and other foods, write down the recipe for how to make oat granola.

Ingredients

  • Oatmeal – 1.5 Cups
  • Walnuts – 0.5 Cups
  • Almonds – 0.5 Cups
  • Quinoa – 0.5 Glasses
  • Dried Ginger – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Dried cherries – 0.5 cups
  • Dried currants – 0.5 cups
  • Flax seeds – 0.5 cups
  • Chia seeds – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Honey – 1/3 Cup
  • Almond extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Peel and cut all nuts into small pieces.
  2. In one bowl, combine all dry ingredients except salt and dried fruit. In another bowl, combine olive oil, honey, and almond extract. Mix the contents of both bowls.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, put the resulting mass and smooth into a single layer, sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for 2 hours, stirring regularly every 15 minutes. Add dried fruit 10 minutes before cooking and stir one last time.
  5. Break the formation into pieces and store in a jar or container with a lid.
