  • Persimmon – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 125 g
  • Flour – 40 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

  1. Prepare foods for the persimmon oatmeal.

  2. Melt the butter in a water bath or in a special container in the microwave, add sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Rinse the persimmon, remove the peel from the fruit, and remove the seeds, put the pulp in a container.
  4. Add persimmon pulp to melted butter and stir gently.
  5. Pour in sifted wheat flour, oatmeal. Stir again.
