Oat flour – 1 glass Salt – 1/4 teaspoon. Butter, salted (melted) – 1 teaspoon. Boiling water – 1/3 cup
Directions
Put two cast-iron pans on the stove over low heat.
Prepare tortilla dough. In a small bowl, combine flour and salt. Pour melted butter into boiling water and add this mixture to the flour, knead a homogeneous dough (add a little more water if necessary).
Place the dough on a floured surface, knead and divide the dough into two balls. Roll each ball into a circle with a diameter of about 15-20 cm.
Use a sharp knife to cut the circles into quarters and place them on hot pans. Cook tortillas over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
