Ingredients

  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g walnuts, round
  • 150 g oat flakes, coarse
  • 125 g cake icin, melted

Instructions

  1. The dough is enough for approx. 50 cookies.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, rum and butter in flakes. Process the ingredients with the dough hook of the hand mixer into a smooth dough. Knead in the nuts and oatmeal.
  3. Place the dough with two teaspoons in walnut-sized piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between the dough piles.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (fan oven: 160 ° C). Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let the cookies cool down. Dip into the melted cake icing / chocolate and allow to dry.
