  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 olives, pickled pitted

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the oil, garlic salt and milk until it is nice and creamy. Then season with salt and pepper. Chop the olives and fold them into the curd and it is ready to be eaten.
  2. Tastes particularly good with jacket potatoes.
