  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 100 g cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the muffin bowls. Cut the pepper and ham into small pieces. Mix eggs, milk, baking powder, oil, salt and pepper. Put the paprika or ham in the muffin bowls, sprinkle a little cheese over each and pour the egg mixture on top until the molds are about 4/5 full. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying. Cold muffins are also good for on the go or can simply be heated in the microwave if necessary.
