  • 300 ml water
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 14 g salt
  • 60 g fried onions

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients and let the dough rest for 35 minutes. Then fold the dough, divide it into 3 pieces, roll it and cut it diagonally. Let rest for another 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the baguettes for 30 - 35 minutes.
