Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the quark, salt, ground almonds and baking powder and carefully fold into the egg whites. Put the mixture in 6 portions on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread lightly so that they get a nice round shape and sprinkle with black cumin and sesame. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Let them cool down completely after baking, so they can be removed better from the baking paper.
