A light dessert with a pleasant orange flavor! Marmalade is prepared on agar-agar, which makes the delicacy attractive not only for those with a sweet tooth but also for vegetarians and lovers of healthy food.
Pour cold water over the gelatin. Leave to swell for 20 minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of the oranges cut in two. You will need 4-6 oranges, depending on the variety.
Combine the swollen gelatin and orange juice. Heat the liquid until the gelatin dissolves. Do not boil (!), Otherwise, the gelatin will lose its properties and the jelly will not solidify!
Gently remove the excess pulp from the orange peels.
Put the orange peels on glasses or cups – this way they will not wobble and the jelly that has not yet frozen will not spill. Pour the orange juice jelly into the tins. Put the orange jelly in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Once solidified, cut the orange peel jelly in two. Trim the rind with scissors if necessary.
