  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon egg liqueur
  • Cocoa powder, chocolate stars, etc., to decorate

Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges so thick that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fruit fillets from between the separating membranes and collect the juice.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, sugar, eggnog, vanilla sugar, low-fat quark and 75-100 ml of the collected orange juice.
  3. Place orange fillets in 6 dessert glasses, then a layer of mascarpone cream, then orange fillets again, etc. Finish with mascarpone cream. Decorate with cocoa powder or something else and refrigerate for about 2 hours or more.
