Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 egg (s), separated
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 tablespoon orange liqueur, optionally kumquat liqueur or orange juice
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 3 orange (s)
  • 3 tablespoon chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone with the egg yolks and yogurt until smooth. Beat the egg white until stiff, then stir in the sugar and carefully fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  2. Break the ladyfingers into small pieces, dip them in the liqueur or orange juice, let them steep briefly and then distribute them on relatively flat dessert glasses.
  3. Peel 2 oranges until the flesh is visible and carefully fillet. Cut lengthways through gaps that are too thick. Spread the orange wedges on the biscuits.
  4. Mix the remaining liqueur or juice with the remaining mascarpone mixture and pour over the oranges.
  5. Wash the third orange well, cut in half and cut into thin slices. Decorate the dessert with the orange slices and the chocolate sprinkles and chill for 1 hour.
