Oreo Potting Soil with Custard

• 1 packet biscuits (Oreos), or similar
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla, for cooking
• 40 g suar
• 500 ml milk
• 130 g butter
• 200 g cream cheese
• 120 g powdered suar
• 400 ml cream
• 2 packs cream stabilizer

Instructions

1. Crumble a packet of oreo cookies in the blender.
2. Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions. Stir 130 g butter into the still warm pudding. Then stir from time to time.
3. Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
4. After the pudding has cooled, fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding.
5. Layer the crumbled biscuits and pudding alternately in a vase. Finish with a thick layer of oreo biscuit and then decorate with a single flower.
