Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat, add the remaining ingredients and mix together. If you like, you can add some grated cheese.
  2. Moisten the yufka leaves lightly with water and distribute about 1 tablespoon of the minced meat on the wide side, then roll them into a cigar. Do the same with the rest of the yufka leaves. Brush the top of the cigars with some liquid butter and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Tip: A filling made from sheep`s cheese and leaf spinach is also delicious.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
