Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 packet vegetables, frozen soup vegetables
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), (pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 120 g lentils, red
  • 100 g bulur
  • salt
  • oil
  • Spice (s), as desired

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Cut the paprika into small cubes and sauté briefly with the frozen vegetables. Add the tomatoes and fill up with the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and then add the bulgur and lentils. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. There is also flatbread. Stew tastes even better when warmed up the next day.
