  • 4 large chicken leg (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 pack ham cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • some rosemary

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and carrots and place in a roaster. Add onions and diced ham and mix. Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  2. Lay the chicken legs on the vegetables, put the lid on and cook in the oven for 90 minutes at 220 degrees. Turn the chicken legs halfway through.
  3. Take off the cover. Set the oven to the grill function and grill in the oven for 15 minutes until the legs are nice and crispy.
