Ingredients

  • 150 g couverture, whole milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 60 g powdered suar
  • 120 grams flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 16 biscuit (s) (oreo)
  • 8 candy (s) (Smarties), chocolate dragees, yellow or orange
  • 16 piece (s) chocolate decoration (mocha beans)

Instructions

  1. Melt 100 g couverture in a water bath. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour in the sugar. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until frothy. Stir the butter into the melted chocolate and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Sift the flour over it, stir in and fold in the egg whites. Fill into cupcake molds and bake at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  2. Divide the oreos and put a mocha bean on each of the white filling as owl eyes. Halve the oreo halves without the white filling. Melt the rest of the couverture and pour it onto the cupcakes. Put the owl eye oreos on the couverture, in the middle, so that the tufts of ears still find space on them. Now attach the halved oreo halves as tufts of ears. Use yellow or orange chocolate dragees as a beak.
