Ingredients

  • 500 g oulash, pork or turkey
  • 5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 cup milk, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3 peppers, colored
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some olive oil
  • 1 jar mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, fry the meat and onion, add tomato paste and stew for 5 minutes. Add the stock and simmer for 45 minutes. Add diced peppers and mushrooms. Mix milk and flour, add and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. This is served with pasta.
