- 200 g parsnip (s)
- 4 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), sliced and roasted
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon walnut oil
- Cane sugar
- salt and pepper
