At some point my husband asked me to do something for the girls in his office on the occasion of his birthday. But it should be something easy because the girls are afraid of their weight. Here is the recipe:
Cook pasta al dente. Boil eggs hard, or I prefer to make them medium (about 7 - 8 minutes depending on the size).
In the meantime you can cut the sausage into small pieces, as well as the tomatoes. If desired, you can also add a small onion - then cut it into small pieces.
Then mix 3 tablespoon (large) Miracel Whip with a mug of yogurt - it`s best to use a whisk. Then stir in the mustard, season with curry, pepper and salt.
The pasta should be ready by now. Then quench them well and possibly let them cool down briefly in cold water. Also rinse the eggs well and put them in cold water if necessary.
Cut the eggs into small pieces and add to the other ingredients. Then carefully mix the pasta, other ingredients and sauce (it works best in a large bowl). Finally stir in the chopped herbs. Transfer to another bowl. Garnish. Finished.
