Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (piccolini)
  • 40 g tomato (s), sep. cut into stripes
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 500 g rocket
  • butter
  • 50 g pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chilli, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into fine rolls and finely chop the garlic clove. Cook the pasta until al dente, strain and allow to cool.
  2. Pick the rocket, sauté lightly in a little butter and let cool.
  3. Mix the pasta, tomatoes, rocket, spring onions and pine nuts.
  4. Make a dressing from the oil, garlic, chilli, oregano and salt / pepper and mix with the salad.
