Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon pasta, reen
  • Salt water
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g cream
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 150 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until al dente as indicated. Cut the peeled onions into cubes and sauté them in the heated butter.
  2. Pour in the cream and let it boil down a little. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and melt in the cream sauce. Cut the salmon into strips and add.
  3. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Sprinkle with chives.
