Ingredients

  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), ground
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Blanch the peas in salted water for approx. 8-10 minutes and drain. Puree with the almonds, parmesan, garlic and oil. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Delicious with pasta or as a crostini spread.
