Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan and add the rice pudding. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes. Let the finished rice pudding cool down.
  2. Drain the peaches, collecting the juice. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix the low-fat quark with the cooled rice pudding and add the chopped peaches. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the quark milk rice mixture. Mix in some of the collected peach juice and sweeten with sugar to taste.
  3. It tastes a little fresher if you add a little lemon juice.
  4. You can also use other fruits such as mandarins or apples (cinnamon goes well with them).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
