Ingredients
- 2 peach (s), pitted
- 6 slices Parma ham or Serrano, halved crosswise
- 100 g rocket, mixed lettuce or lettuce
- 125 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 g suar, brown
- Pepper, black, freshly ground

- Cut each peach into 6 wedges and wrap them in the Parma ham. Arrange on plates with the rocket.
- Reduce the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a non-stick pan at high temperature until syrupy. Let cool a little and then drizzle over the salad. Season with pepper.
