  • 8 small pork schnitzel, (minute schnitzel)
  • 16 slices Parma ham
  • 8 slices cheese, butter cheese or Gouda cheese
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the minute schnitzel thinly, but do not season with salt or pepper.
  2. Place two slices of ham next to each other, place a schnitzel on each and a slice of cheese on top of the schnitzel. Roll up tightly so that the ham envelops everything. Fix with toothpicks or roulade needles.
  3. Lightly fry the rolls in a pan in a little oil. Then put the pan in the oven and let the rolls simmer for about 20 minutes at 100 ° C top and bottom heat.
