- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 small onion (s), mild
- 1 teaspoon oil, (garlic oil)
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon herbs, mixed (frozen or fresh)
- salt and pepper
- some water

- Wash and roughly dice the bell peppers. Wash the tomatoes too and then cut them into eighths. Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Put everything together in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Mix the garlic oil, vinegar and a little water. Add salt, pepper and herbs, pour over the pepper and tomato mixture in the bowl. Let it steep a little (about half an hour), then mix thoroughly and serve.
- Crispy baguette slices go well with it.
