Ingredients

  • 350 g turkey meat
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 bell peppers, green, red and yellow
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Basil and rosemary

Instructions

  1. Wash turkey meat and cut into cubes. Wash the mushrooms and peppers and cut into pieces. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Fry the mushrooms briefly. Add onion, garlic and paprika and sauté. Season well with salt and pepper. Dust everything with flour and sweat while stirring. Stir in the stock and whipped cream and bring to the boil. Stew for 5 minutes. Stir the herbs into the bell pepper and turkey pan and season well.
  3. Rice tastes best with it.
