Ingredients

  • 250 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 500 g bell pepper (s)
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a little oil in the pan, then remove and set aside. Dice the onion and fry it, then add the potatoes cut into slices or cubes. Fry for about 5 minutes, then mix in the peppers cut into pieces and fry briefly.
  2. Pour in the vegetable stock and cook everything covered for about 15 minutes. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add the meat again and pour on the cream. Simmer briefly until creamy and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt.
