Wash the pineapple and dry it well. Cut the bushes of leaves a few centimeters deep with a knife (like a lid). Please leave the leaves on. If necessary, cut off a bit of the stem base at the bottom so that the pineapple can stand. Use a narrow knife to cut the inside about 1 cm from the edge. From top to bottom.
