Pizza Dough without Kneading

Not everyone likes working with the dough and its kneading. But what if you want to make homemade pizza without the hassle? It is for such cases that I want to offer this incredibly convenient recipe.

Cook: 12 hour

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Flour – 400 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Yeast – 1 Teaspoon
  • Water – 275 Milliliters
  • Olive Oil – 2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, send sifted flour, yeast, warm water and olive oil.
  2. Stir lightly to make the mixture smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 10 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. All the work has already been done. The dough was perfect!
  4. Preheat a heat-resistant dish (you can use a frying pan), grease the bottom and sides with a drop of oil. Lay out the dough. You do not need to roll it out, just press it lightly with your hand.
  5. Leave the dough for half an hour, and then you can grease it with sauce.
  6. Add your favorite filling, cheese, vegetables.
  7. Send to the oven and bake the pizza until tender. Amazing, isn’t it? A minimum of hassle, and the result is amazing! Recommend.
