  • 400 g flour
  • 20 g yeast, preferably fresh
  • 25 g suar
  • 25 g butter, soft
  • 6 grams salt
  • 300 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s), not from the fridge

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well, and add all the remaining ingredients. Simply stir everything and knead firmly until the dough starts to bubble. Cover and let rise in a warm place. After proving, the dough can be used immediately.
  2. Simply assign to your heart`s content. Bake at 180 degrees, depending on the topping, 30 - 40 minutes. 0.75 hours = 45 minutes
