- 2 ½ kg plum (s)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 vanilla pod (s)
- 300 ml champagne
- 20 seeds, (plum seeds)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- First wash and core the plums - put about 20 stones aside.
- Now put all the plums in a large ceramic pot and add the ingredients. Bring to a simmer on medium heat and then add the champagne.
- Cook for about 3 hours, stirring constantly.
- Now pour into the sterilized jars and close tightly immediately.
- Simple recipe, but incredibly delicious taste.
