  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • Breadcrumbs, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dough from the quark, eggs, flour, salt and paprika, form some large dumplings and roll in breadcrumbs. Add to boiling salted water until the dumplings float, remove and drain.
  2. Sauerkraut and crispy fried onions are best served as a side dish.
