Poor Man Salad

A salad made from simple ingredients, but not only hearty, but also delicious. Try the everyday menu for a change and you may want to repeat it more than once.

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber – 2 Pieces
  • Red beans – 200 Grams (I have canned)
  • Onion – 100 Grams
  • Potatoes – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into small strips.
  3. Add beans to the cucumbers.
  4. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and cover with boiling water for 3 minutes. Then fold in a colander and let the liquid drain. Add 1 teaspoon to the onion. sugar, 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Stir.
  6. Grate potatoes for Korean carrots, I just cut them into thin strips. Rinse and dry.
  7. Put potatoes in batches of 100 grams in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. In order to remove excess oil, throw the potatoes on a paper towel or napkin. After that, salt and pepper.
  8. Collect the salad. Place vegetables on a serving plate and top with fried potatoes. The Poor
