  • 80 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 35 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 10 g porcini mushrooms, dried (approximate amount)
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • broth

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in a little water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain (collect the soaking water) and chop finely.
  2. Bring the broth to the boil, add the porcini mushroom water.
  3. Melt the butter either in the microwave or in a small saucepan and stir in the semolina mixed with a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Then stir in the egg and chopped porcini mushrooms.
  4. Cut off the dumplings with 2 teaspoons, add to the hot stock and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
