Pork Beef Stroganoff

Pork beef stroganoff is not a classic version of the famous Russian dish, but it is also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • pork (pulp) 600 r
  • vegetable oil 20 r
  • butter 50 r
  • wheat flour 1 tbsp
  • sour cream 1 glass
  • bouillon 1.5 glasses
  • onion 2 PC.
  • cumin (to taste) 1 h spoon
  • black pepper taste
  • allspice taste
  • salt taste
  • greens (for decoration) taste

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for beef stroganoff.
  2. Cut the pork into slices about 2 cm thick.
  3. Beat off meat (between layers of cling film) to a thickness of 0.5-1 cm.
  4. Cut the meat into strips (cubes) 3-4 cm long.Salt and pepper
  5. Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Put the meat in a preheated pan.
  6. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
  7. Chop the onion.
  8. In another skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Put the chopped onion and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
  9. Add flour, stirring occasionally, fry for about 3 minutes.
  10. Pour in the broth, add cumin, black and allspice.
  11. Add sour cream.
  12. Pour the onion-sour cream sauce over the meat, salt (optional), stir, bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes.
  13. Decorate the finished dish with herbs. Serve beef stroganoff well with fried potatoes and lettuce. Bon appetit!
