Ingredients

  • Ribs of pork (2 cm thick steaks) – 5 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper the steaks, cut the onion into cubes, stuff the meat.
  2. Place the chops on the bone on the grill, cover with a lid. The fire is medium at first, slightly increase at the end.
  3. Pork chops are cooked on the bone for 50-55 minutes.
  4. This is what will remain in the grill pan as a result. The stove remains clean.
  5. Prepared pork chops on the bone.
  6. Garnish according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
