Pork chops are fried in batter and served with a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
Pork tenderloin – 500 g
Salt and black pepper
Flour – 1/2 cup
Eggs (slightly beaten) – 3 pcs.
Fresh bread crumbs – 2 cups
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Butter – 9 tbsp
For the sauce:
Dry white wine – 1/4 cup
Fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Lemon wedges – 4 pcs.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Cut the pork into portions, 1 cm thick, beat off with a kitchen hammer, salt, and pepper.
Place bread crumbs, flour, and eggs in three different bowls. Dip each piece of pork first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in bread crumbs. Place the meat on a plate.
In a large skillet, heat 3 tbsp butter. Put the meat, fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a plate, place in the oven to keep the pork warm. Pour wine and lemon juice into a frying pan, cook for 3 minutes. Add cream and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add 6 tablespoon. l. butter and parsley. Serve pork with sauce.
