Pork Chops in Soy Sauce With Garlic

There are many ways to prepare delicious chops. Try marinating the meat in soy sauce with egg and starch. The soy sauce will add juiciness and softness to the chops, and the starch will add a tender and crispy crust.

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin – 300 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 1 glass
  • Starch – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3-4 heads
  • Pepper mixture – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. It is advisable to take mature meat for cooking this dish. Although, if you buy meat in a store, this advice is not particularly useful to you – they rarely sell fresh meat there. It is very simple to check whether you took the matured meat or not. To do this, press your finger on it, if the dent remains, then this meat is already suitable for cooking chops.
  2. Pour the starch into a deep bowl, beat in the egg.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and stir everything thoroughly. Add crushed garlic and a pinch of pepper mixture.
  4. Cut the meat into thin slices, about 1.5 cm thick. Then, covering each piece with cling film so that there is no splashing, beat thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the prepared pieces of meat to the marinade and leave for at least three hours, you can overnight. After this time, remove the meat from the refrigerator. Heat the skillet well with oil and transfer the prepared meat to it. Fry over high heat to keep the meat juicy. If desired, you can add salt during the frying process if the salt in the soy sauce is not enough for you.
  6. The cooked meat can be served with pickled onions. To do this, cut the onion into rings (you can take white salad onions, leeks or Yalta). Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar, two tablespoons of vinegar and a pinch of salt in half a glass of water. Pour the prepared onion with this mixture. Let it stand in the cold for half an hour. Then transfer the onion to a plate.
  7. Place cooked meat next to it and serve.
