Ingredients

  • g 1,000 pork fillet (s) or turkey breast fillet
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 packs crème fraîche
  • 4 packs cream
  • 4 packs herbal cream cheese (Bresso herbs)
  • 4 packs sauce powder (cream sauce)
  • 400 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin (or turkey) into slices. Salt, pepper and fry briefly on each side with the onion. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, bresso and the cream sauce to make a sauce. Divide the pork fillet on two casserole dishes, pour the sauce over them. Spread the cheese on top.
  2. Put the whole thing in the hot oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
  3. This goes well with rice, spaetzle or dumplings and a fresh salad.
