  • 1 kg pork fillet (s)
  • 600 ml cream
  • 400 g processed herb cheese
  • 250 g Goronzola
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream with the herb cheese and the Gorgonzola in a saucepan.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into 3 cm thick slices and spread them in a baking dish. Then pour the cheese sauce over it and place the mold in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 60 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the Brussels sprouts as usual and serve as a side dish.
