Pork Schnitzel with Soy Sauce

The way to a man’s heart lies through meat dishes. πŸ™‚ A thin, but very juicy schnitzel in a crispy breading is proof of this. And if the meat is greased with soy sauce before frying, then the pork will be even tastier, juicier, and more aromatic. Prepare such a schnitzel, and a man will carry you in his arms!

Ingredients

  • Pork – 500 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g (2/3 cup)
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper (or a mixture of peppers) – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the pork across the fibers into portions 1-1.5 cm thick.
  2. Use a hammer to beat each piece of meat on both sides into a thin layer.
  3. Brush each chop with soy sauce and pepper.
  4. Prepare the breading. Pour the bread crumbs into a flat plate. Beat eggs into a deep plate and shake them with a fork until smooth.
  5. Dip each chop on both sides in the egg mixture.
  6. Then roll the meat on both sides in bread crumbs.
  7. Place the breaded chop in a skillet with heated vegetable oil.
  8. Grill the chop over medium heat, 3 minutes on each side, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Put the finished schnitzel on a plate and fry the next one.
  9. Serve schnitzels hot right after cooking. Schnitzel, if desired, can be garnished with fresh vegetables and herbs.
