Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 100 ml soy milk (soy drink) or any conventional milk
  • 70 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate drops from Xucker

Instructions

  1. Use a microwave-safe container for this recipe. The microwave should have 600 watts.
  2. Mix the oatmeal with the liquid ingredients, stir in the erythritol and add the cinnamon. Add the chocolate drops either before or after heating them in the microwave.
  3. Heat everything in the microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes. To do this, use the so-called splash guard so that the heat can build up.
  4. This recipe is a pre-workout recipe that is easy to consume before exercising. There is an incredible amount of energy, but please don`t expect any feasting! I`ve already eaten it for breakfast.
  5. Xucker chocolate drops are sugar-free and melt like conventional chocolate.
