Ingredients

  • 625 ml apple juice, unsweetened
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 140 g oatmeal
  • 70 g cranberries
  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 70 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil the apple juice with 125 ml of water, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan. Add the oatmeal, cranberries and maple syrup and stir everything together. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer while stirring for about 10 minutes.
  2. Fold in the chopped almonds and serve the porridge warm.
