- 625 ml apple juice, unsweetened
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 140 g oatmeal
- 70 g cranberries
- 4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 70 g almonds, chopped

- Boil the apple juice with 125 ml of water, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan. Add the oatmeal, cranberries and maple syrup and stir everything together. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer while stirring for about 10 minutes.
- Fold in the chopped almonds and serve the porridge warm.
