Ingredients

  • 320 g jacket potato (s), cold
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 500 g spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon fruit vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon bread spice mixture
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ turmeric

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, quark, salt, turmeric, possibly bread spices and vinegar.
  2. Peel and mash or press the potatoes, mix everything well. Mix the flour and baking powder and knead in until a firm dough is formed. Divide the mixture into three parts and shape into baguettes.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes until they are golden brown,
