- 400 g potato (s), thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 teaspoons processed or grated cheese
- possibly broth, granulated

- Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place in either one large or two small baking dishes. You don`t have to layer it, just distribute it in the form.
- Heat a piece of butter, add 1 teaspoon flour and sweat, gradually add 250 ml milk and bring to the boil. Season with pepper. Stir in 2 teaspoons of processed cheese or normal grated cheese and let it melt (I used processed cheese). Season again and, if necessary, add granular broth to taste.
- Pour over the potatoes and shake the mold a little so that the mixture spreads. Bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, gas: level 6) for about 45 minutes. From minute 35 on, I pecked the slices at regular intervals to see if the potatoes were done.
