Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s) cut into thin slices
  • 400 g minced beef or half and half
  • 5 bell peppers, red, green, yellow, in fine strips
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g quark, lean level
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • Marjoram, rubbed
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Braise the minced meat in a little olive oil. Add the potato slices, salt, pepper, add the marjoram and cook over low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes. Add the pepper strips.
  2. Mix the egg with the quark, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Possibly add a little water. When the potato slices are done, spread the egg curd mixture over them and sprinkle with grated cheese. Let the whole thing melt together briefly with the lid closed.
  3. PS: You can sauté the minced meat in a little water in a coated pan, this saves calories.
