Ingredients

  • 10 potato (s), mostly waxy
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 2 cups sour cream, approx. 400 g
  • a bit salt
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until cooked. Hard boil the eggs. Peel and slice the potatoes and eggs. Mix the sour cream.
  2. Pour some oil into a tall, microwave-safe bowl. Put half of the potatoes in the bowl so that the bottom is covered. Spread half of the eggs on top. Put a layer of sour cream on top and add a little salt. Top with a layer of potatoes and eggs. Finish with a layer of sour cream. Maybe add a little salt.
  3. Cook in the microwave at approx. 500 watts for approx. 15 minutes. The sour cream can be a bit brown.
